Really fun place to have lunch with my aunt and mom while visiting Dallas! Several locations, but we went to the original one on Lovers Lane. There are too many delicious soufflés to choose from! I opened for savory - the crab - and it was good but very rich. Loved the bread service and also love that they offer several options for wine flights! Definitely worth a visit for the novelty.

Service! We had an excellent first time at rise with incredible service! Our server gave us an entire run down of the menu and what to expect. I felt very prepared on what to order by the time she finished. Countless restaurants will give you a menu, leave you alone, and then come back asking if you're ready to order or if you have questions. Rise will give you no choice but to explain the entire menu on your first visit, which is definitely worth it, as they take pride in their menu. Each soufflé is different, and I have never had a savory soufflé, so it was a great experience. I recommend trying one of the seasonal items, as they are rotating and you don't want to miss the chance on an interesting flavor combo. The rest of their menu is also a great variety for everyone. One thing I also liked was that they have wine flights, which complemented the meal well. And a must try is the marshmallow soup. Sounds weird, but there are no marshmallows in it. It has mini soufflés that look like marshmallows floating in a tomato soup. I've never had anything like it. I can't wait to come back and try some other flavors of soufflé.

Came here for a friend's birthday, and they did not disappoint! I had their cauliflower and brie soufflé, and it was very yummy! The egg-y-ness can be a lot, but if you're into eggs, this is the spot for you. Super yummy Grand Marnier sweet soufflé as well. Our server was extremely well versed in the menu and off menu seasonal items. She was super sweet and made the experience super worthwhile. The ambience is sweet, intimate, and very Parisian! Loved the Christmas decorations up, and enjoyed the patio dining space.

Found such a unique shop & had to come for a visit. We started with the marshmallow soup -- a delicious tomato base soup. The bread was so good as well and it was amusing that it came with it's own chopping block. For the souffles, we had the southwestern souffle and chocolate souffle. They were both so light and airy!

My daughter took me to lunch for my first time having French food. We both had the French onion soup and shared a Rise salad, I had the duck soufflé she had the fritto chili soufflé. Wow! I was sooo pleasantly surprised with such flavors and creamy textures. For dessert we shared a pistachio soufflé, oh my goodness how have I missed out on some of the most delicious food ever , just exquisite.I will be going back! Our waiter was friendly, humorous and helpful with suggestions in ordering.

***** READ THIS REVIEW ***** A definite 'must go to' place!!! Incredible atmosphere transports you into a charming European ambience. And the food is equally outstanding!! Rise Salad: Beautiful presentation and looks delicious! Was not mine so I did not sample it - but my friend said it was amazing. Egg Sausage Soufflé: Excellently executed. Light texture, savory flavors and delicious!! (I was impressed!) Grand Mariner Soufflé with both Raspberry and Grand Mariner Sauces: I got both sauces because I assumed the soufflé itself would not gave a strong Grand Mariner flavor which I prefer. Was a great call. I made the traditional X cut and alternated pours to get a perfect blend of both flavors. However, I was extremely surprised at how light the texture and f the sauces were. Amazing!! That technique match the delicate light soufflé and enhance the overall experience!! Incredible techniques in the cook. They absolutely know what they are doing!!!! We had Valorie as our server who just so happens to be a senior member of the staff. Extremely professional, attentive during a busy night, and does not make you feel rushed. Get a table in her section!!! Scores: NOTE: It's very rare for me to give scores this his across the board... but they earned it! Food: 10 out of 10 Atmosphere : 10 out of 10 Service: : 10 out of 10 Congratulations!!!!!

This place is just absolutely charming. The little "nest" decor was unique. Just overall a special place tucked away. I didn't know what to expect from a soufflé but these things are large and they are savory and absolutely delightful. They are so good going down, and one of them is enough to feed you for two meals. It does get crowded so plan ahead but the interior is just lovely. The staff was super friendly and attentive. You definitely get your moneys worth. Do not forget to try one of the dessert soufflé, if you have room in your stomach! Definitely a great addition to the area given how unique it is.

Aesthetic: 9/10 Service: 7/10 Food: 6/10 Such a cute French getaway for lunch! Upon entry you're immediately greeted by authentic hostesses and inquired about your dining needs for the day. I always sit on the balcony/window bar whether by myself or catching up with a girlfriend. The menu is always full of delicious fresh options and you'll receive a complimentary baguette. Warning: if you're big on spices (like myself) you'll for sure need to possibly take advantage of the pepper & salt they give you to add to dishes. This is the only unfortunate draw back. Also, the serving sizes are great for lunch... mind you not dinner or if you're seeking a full-course meal to get full or something. I believe most of the staff is friendly and Tae's initiative to offer great service. Unfortunately, this past time I went, I had a snappy somewhat rude and wrongfully presumptuous waitress at the window bar. Despite the one bad apple, this remains one of my lunch oasis spots and I'll be back for more! Bon appetite!

My husband and I went for lunch on our second anniversary, and had the most delicious soufflés! We started out with savory - Avocado and Ceviche (summer special), and Southwest Chicken.. both so good! We were a bit skeptical about the Avocado and Ceviche, but it came highly recommended by our server and we thought to try it out.. and I'm so glad that we did!! The Southwesy Chicken was good, as expected. Of course we couldn't leave without sharing a Chocolate soufflé for dessert! Ugh, too good! Can't wait to go back! P.S. This is a very nice place for date night, or even girls night.

We had reservations here for brunch/lunch and I recommend to make them cause the restaurant can fill up quickly The cutting board for the bread was super cute haha Marshmallow soup -- this was pretty good and everything complemented well with each other, this was definitely a savory item that could be shared and still fill you up too Tomato soufflé -- mmm.. this was good, but I may have liked this less now because of the marshmallow soup (since both items were like a tomato-basil) and since a soufflé is already rich with the egg and I'm eating a pretty similar acidic dish... that I was just enjoying less with each bite Pistachio soufflé -- I love pistachio flavors so this soufflé was perfect for me (might've also helped bump this to a 4star review too) but again, because of the richness of just soufflés, and being super bloated from the items earlier, after a couple bites, I also couldn't keep up my grubbing pace I might've ordered the wrong thing (I was eyeing the sandwich...) / our party might've ordered too much (our party of 4 + a baby, there were 6 soufflés in total... along with taste testing each of them too lol) so my palette couldn't handle any more rich items I'd recommend to check this place out at least once if convenient. if you don't love super rich foods, one savory soufflé and one sweet soufflé should be enough for a party of 2
